As a Graphic Designer at Dozti, you will create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and execute designs that engage and inspire our target audience.
The role involves creating high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital and print media, developing creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design, working closely with web developers to create visually engaging website designs, ensuring UI/UX consistency across digital platforms by integrating design best practices, presenting and explaining creative concepts visually and through PowerPoint presentations, developing branding materials, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral, conducting research to stay ahead of design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies, and experimenting with new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, editing, and visual communication, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.), as well as tools like Canva, a strong portfolio showcasing work in vector design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials, experience with moodboard creation and creative storytelling, the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs, and strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
