With 30 clinics and a team of over 705 professionals, we lead in quality, technology and innovation.
About the Role
We are seeking both a part-time and a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Alice Springs Hospital. The part-time position is for two days a week (Thursday and Friday), while the full-time role is for Monday to Friday.
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for patients, referrers and visitors.
In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of the clinic by managing reception duties, appointment scheduling and patient administration with professionalism and care. You’ll be part of a supportive team where your organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to patient care will make a real difference every day.
About You
Friendly, professional and customer-focused, with a passion for patient care.
Experience in a fast-paced reception or customer service role, ideally in a medical setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and stay organised.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
Basic computer skills, with an understanding of medical imaging terminology being a plus.
