Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

SkyCity's The Terrace Restaurant is situated within the Grand Hotel and is now looking for a well presented, motivated Waiter to join the team on a casual basis.

In this role you will be required to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Positive, friendly people who have strong communication skills are ideally suited to this role. The ability to use initiative and be great a team player is essential. A minimum of two years relevant waiting experience is required.

This position will mainly cover morning shifts however hours of work may vary, therefore flexibility is key.

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
Have a great attitude and be a team player!
Genuinely enjoy ensuring customer satisfaction
