Position Title: German Language Trainer Location: Noida

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled German Language Instructor to train Indian nurses in achieving the Goethe-Certificate B2 level . The role requires a strong focus on communication, medical vocabulary, and exam preparation, ensuring nurses are well-equipped to integrate into the German healthcare system .

Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured German language training from A1 to B2 , tailored for healthcare professionals.
Prepare learners for the Goethe B2 exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
Teach nursing and medical-specific vocabulary relevant to hospital and patient care contexts.
Conduct interactive learning sessions (role-plays, dialogues, discussions, and mock exams).
Provide exam-oriented resources , practice assignments, and personalized feedback.
Monitor learner progress and adjust teaching methods to support individual needs.
Mentor and motivate nurses to build confidence in real-life communication .
Collaborate with the program team to align training with placement and career goals .

Qualifications & Skills
Education:

Bachelor's/Master's in German Language/Philology OR
Goethe-Certificate C1/C2, TestDaF, or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching German (B2 preparation preferred).
Experience training healthcare professionals is a strong advantage.

Skills:

Expertise in German grammar, vocabulary, and exam strategies.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple English/Hindi .
Patient, empathetic, and effective with learners of diverse academic backgrounds.
Strong knowledge of the Goethe exam structure and common learner challenges.
Proficiency in online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, interactive whiteboards)
