HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for both academic and non-academic positions, which includes job postings, conducting interviews, and strategic workforce planning. Your role will also involve addressing employee concerns in a professional manner and implementing engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention within the organization.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing and executing onboarding, training, and professional development programs for both staff and faculty members. Managing performance appraisal systems, providing regular feedback, and ensuring that individual goals are aligned with the institutional objectives will be crucial aspects of your role.

Developing and enforcing HR policies in accordance with labor laws and institutional regulations will be a key responsibility. It is imperative to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee records and HR documentation to uphold the integrity of the HR function.

Your expertise will be essential in aligning HR strategies with the organization's long-term goals and providing valuable insights to the leadership team on workforce planning and growth initiatives. Additionally, you will be expected to handle a workforce of at least 100-200 employees and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in core HR functions.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, along with a working knowledge of HRMS software. A graduate or post-graduate degree in HR is required for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is mandatory for this role, and the work location is in person.
