Assistant Manager Human Resource

As a Human Resource & Admin Assistant at BigMuscles Nutrition in Faridabad, your role involves managing HR tasks, HRIS, benefits administration, and training activities to support the HR team. Your experience in handling manufacturing units is preferred for this full-time on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop HR policies to maintain compliance within the organization.
- Handle hirings for both white-collar and labor positions and communicate daily with labor for administrative purposes.
- Actively participate in the HR team and train staff on compliance matters.
- Maintain records to ensure compliance and monitor changes to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
- Provide compliance status reports to the management and offer advice on ongoing compliance improvement.
- Design a recruitment process incorporating metrics, weighted questions, and scales.
- Create checklists to ensure all compliance actions are completed.
- Manage the hiring process for labor positions as needed and oversee labor agents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping agencies and stock management to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment for all employees and visitors.

Qualifications Required:
- Prior experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with labor and team members.
- Ability to create and implement training programs on compliance.
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and monitoring skills.
- Proactive approach towards compliance improvement.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and metrics.
