Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber security Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs in information security and related domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing, incident response, and risk management, coupled with strong communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver interactive training sessions (classroom, virtual, and blended) on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and update course materials, labs, and assessments tailored to industry standards (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+).
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and labs on penetration testing, network security, web application security, malware analysis, and incident handling.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, techniques, and frameworks, incorporating them into training.
• Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and support learners in achieving certification and practical skills.
• Assist in creating Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges and simulated environments for practice.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 2-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity (SOC, Red Team, Penetration Testing, or related).
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in cybersecurity (preferred).
Strong knowledge of:
• Network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs
• Web and application security (OWASP Top 10)
• Operating system security (Windows, Linux)
• Common attack tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nmap, etc.)
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent (at least one required).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience creating CTFs, labs, or real-world scenarios for learners.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Ability to mentor and motivate students of varying technical levels.
• Good Communication skills with English language.
