Job Responsibilities:

✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls to promote internet services and team management as TL

✅ Manage data entry, customer records, and follow-up tasks

✅ Assist with back-office operations & support the sales team

✅ Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth service experience

Who Can Apply?

✔ Excellent communication skills in English

✔Goal-oriented with the ability to meet monthly targets

✔Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling is a plus)

✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally
