Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as an Event Solution Executive/Manager. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and design customized event solutions.
Plan, coordinate, and manage events from start to finish (corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, entertainment shows, etc.).
Develop proposals, budgets, and timelines for events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for logistics, production, and execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.
Supervise on-site event setup and execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and improvement plans.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning, management, or solutions (corporate/entertainment/production industry preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
