School Relations Officer

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven School Relations Officer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with school principals and management, promoting FACE Prep’s learning solutions, and driving lead generation initiatives.

This is a field-based role involving regular travel to partner schools and institutions, and demands strong communication, relationship-building, and B2B sales skills.

Job Location: Coimbatore,Chennai,Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with school principals, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Visit schools regularly to present company offerings and build brand presence.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential clients through strategic outreach and engagement.
• Drive B2B sales initiatives and meet assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve services and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A School Relations Officer needs a blend of sales understanding and experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or educational outreach.
• Proven track record in lead generation and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel across assigned territory.
• Must own a 2-wheeler and be willing to travel daily.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
