Type: Fulltime-Onsite

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visualizer who can conceptualize and execute compelling visual ideas. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and brand understanding, and must collaborate closely with the creative and motion graphics teams to bring concepts to life.

Job Responsibilities – Visualizer
• Understand creative briefs and transform ideas into visually appealing concepts.
• Design layouts, graphics, and visual elements for digital and print media.
• Create storyboards, mood boards, and mockups for video and campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with creative, video, and production teams to ensure design consistency.
• Develop visuals for marketing materials, branding, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Support motion graphic and video teams with visual inputs and references.
• Adapt designs to various formats and platforms while maintaining brand identity.
• Present creative ideas and design options for internal and client reviews.
• Revise visuals as per feedback and finalize deliverables within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance visual output.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Visualizer or in a similar creative role (preferably in an agency or production house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong visualization, ideation, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent sense of layout, color, and typography.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
