Job Title: Accountant – Textile Industry

Location: Noida, Sector 88

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our textile manufacturing and export company based in Noida, Sector 88. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, export–import documentation, and day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Maintain books of accounts (Tally or similar software).
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills of exchange, and payment records.
• Manage export and import documentation, including shipping bills, packing lists, invoices, and LC documents.
• Coordinate with banks, customs, and logistics teams for export–import compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in the textile or export industry).
• Strong knowledge of export–import documentation and procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
