Junior Accounting Executive - (Work from Office) - Invoices & GST

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Executive to manage our daily accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cash flow records, managing vendor and customer invoices, and coordinating with our Chartered Accountant for monthly filings and compliance.

This role requires a hands-on individual who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries and maintain ledgers in Tally/Zoho.

Track cash flow and ensure bank balances and petty cash are reconciled regularly.

Maintain vendor and customer records, including invoice logs and payment tracking.

Prepare monthly summaries of income and expenses.

Coordinate with our Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

Ensure timely monthly closures and maintain proper documentation for audits.

Support budgeting and financial reporting as needed.

Requirements:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter.

Experience: 6 months–3 years in accounting or finance (experience in a CA firm preferred).

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling vendor/customer reconciliations.

Familiarity with monthly reporting and statutory compliance.

Prior experience in startups or small-to-medium businesses.
