Job Description

Financial Accountant

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant to join our team in Mumbai.

The Accountant will manage financial records, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, and perform general bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping and accounting for all types of entities as per Indian accounting standards.
• Preparation and compliance of GST filings.
• Income Tax preparation, filing, and compliance.
• TDS preparation, filing, and compliance.
• Banking and reconciliation.
• Inventory and supply chain management.
• Preparation of final books of accounts and financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, CFS, etc.).

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Expertise in GST preparation and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll management.
• Strong banking and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in MIS and management reporting.
• Knowledge in income tax and book finalization.
• Ability to prepare TDS reports.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, GST, TDS), MS Office, and email handling.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
