Lead Consultant Oracle Finance Functional- Project Accounting

As a Lead Consultant in Oracle Finance Functional- Project Accounting at Genpact, you will be responsible for the following:

Role Overview:
You will perform Oracle Project Accounting and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) setups. Additionally, you will define new business requirements, provide gap analysis, and prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions (MD50s & TE40s). It is essential to liaise with the business team to deliver CEMLI components and demonstrate strong, proactive communication skills with both Business and IT personnel. Your role will also involve providing functional validation and support, as well as end-user training. Your business judgment will be crucial in evaluating requirements and assessing the impact of potential changes and solutions to mitigate negative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Oracle Project Accounting and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) setups
- Define new business requirements and provide gap analysis
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions (MD50s & TE40s)
- Liaise with the business team to deliver CEMLI components
- Demonstrate strong, proactive communication skills with Business and IT personnel
- Provide functional validation, support, and end-user training
- Assess the impact of potential changes and solutions to mitigate negative outcomes

Qualifications Required:
Minimum qualifications:
- CA, MBA, etc. with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting

Preferred qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud in Finance modules is critical
- Experience in Oracle Implementation and Support
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules AP, AR, GL, OCM
- Expertise and experience in Oracle Project Accounting Module
- Accounting background and experience are a plus
- Subscription Billing
- Experience working with and integrating with third-party applications
