JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of concepts for Recent Seasons.
Market Research and study of new trends in the fashion.
Development of Themes for the collection.
Provide concepts and design directions for Tags and Labels.
Design & develop fabric CADs with respective sources arise for the new season.
Sourcing of trim fabrics required for designing.am to develop and procure fabrics.
Develop trendy, fashionable and production friendly designs for the range. various vendors.
Co-ordinate and work with the sampling merchandisers to develop new proto samples.
Guide masters and tailors at the sampling units whenever required to ensure proper sampling of the designs.
Maintain sampling and presentation deadlines.
Present range to the sales team to help them understand the range better production.
Present range to the salesteam to help them understand the range better.
Provide cutting-edge and practical concepts for new collections.at the retail meet so that improvements can be made wherever necessary KRA
Provideinnovative and practical concepts for current collections.

Develop quality designsfor new seasons.

Execution of proto samples.

Intra and interteam co-ordination for proper development of design &samples.;

Key Points:-

Good knowledge of casual shirt designs.

Good knowledge of Cotton Trousers and Cargos designs.
