Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development:
Design and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum standards and learning objectives.
Teach Hindi language, literature, grammar, and composition to students at [primary/middle/high school or college] levels.
Introduce students to cultural aspects, including Hindi poetry, stories, and traditions.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Extracurricular Activities:
Organize and participate in language-related events, such as Hindi Day celebrations, debates, and essay competitions.
Encourage student participation in cultural activities.
Collaboration and Professional Development:.
Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Attend training sessions, and workshops as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).
Proven experience teaching Hindi in a school or educational institution.
Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students of diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in using technology for teaching, such as digital whiteboards and educational software.
Passion for Hindi language, culture, and literature.
