Admission Counsellor – Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles:

Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.
Understand the course offerings, career outcomes, and admission process in detail.
Guide and convert leads into enrolled students through effective counselling.
Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Follow-up:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins related to admissions.
Follow up on inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email to convert them.
Student Counselling:
Understand student interests and career goals to suggest the right program.
Provide clear information about courses, fees, eligibility, and placements.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Meet daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain a conversion ratio as per company expectations.
Database & CRM Handling:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Update the CRM system regularly.
Coordination:
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admissions-related updates.
Assist students with admission formalities, fee payment, and onboarding.
Feedback Collection:
Gather student/parent feedback to improve the counselling process.
Share suggestions for improving marketing or course positioning.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,107.94 - ₹20,000.00 per month
