Job Description

We’re excited to welcome a passionate HR Executive to our growing remote team. Whether you’re a fresher (0–6 months experience) or someone with a little HR exposure, this is a great opportunity to start your career in HR!

Position: HR Executive

Work Mode: Full-time (Remote)

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Work Timming: 10:00 - 7:00

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening & onboarding)

Maintain employee records & HR database

Support in attendance, leave & payroll processes

Help in drafting and implementing HR policies

Coordinate employee engagement activities

Provide support to management in HR operations
