Job Description
Customer and market analysis:
Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for new features and product enhancements.
Understand how customers interact with the SaaS product and identify areas for process optimization.
Product lifecycle support:
Act as a subject matter expert during the software development lifecycle, answering questions from the engineering team and clarifying requirements.
Collaborate with the product manager to contribute to the product backlog and roadmap.
Process improvement:
Document and analyze current "as-is" healthcare workflows and model future "to-be" processes to improve operational efficiency for customers.
Conduct data analysis to find patterns and trends that can inform product decisions and recommendations.
Testing and quality assurance:
Assist in creating test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Ensure all product features and updates adhere to healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
Communication and collaboration:
Facilitate communication between the business and technical teams, ensuring all parties have a clear and consistent understanding of the project's goals.
Present findings, recommendations, and product updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
