In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to craft visually compelling content for social media and podcast platforms. You’ll be the mastermind behind polished Instagram Reels and seamless YouTube episodes, ensuring each video not only aligns with our brand but also resonates with audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and Produce: Take raw footage and turn it into professional Instagram Reels and YouTube podcast episodes.
Collaborate: Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals, themes, and requirements.
Enhance Visuals: Add music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and animations to elevate the quality of the content.
Ensure Platform Optimization: Tailor videos to meet the specifications and trends of Instagram and YouTube.
Innovate: Research and implement new editing techniques, tools, and trends to create standout content.
Maintain Flow: Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions between video segments.
Review and Refine: Analyze shooting scripts and raw content to craft cohesive narratives.
Experiment: Explore and present new video formats, styles, and creative approaches for social media storytelling.
Quality Control: Perform final reviews to ensure all content is of the highest quality, free of technical errors, and aligns with brand guidelines.
What You Bring to the Role:

Experience: At least 1 years of professional experience in video editing, especially for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
Proficiency: Expertise in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills and creativity in social media or podcast content.
Storytelling Ability: A deep understanding of how to use video to engage, inspire, and connect with audiences.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for timing, transitions, and continuity.
Creativity and Innovation: A drive to explore new ideas, trends, and styles in video content.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with motion graphics, special effects, and industry best practices.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
