User Experience Engineer

UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer who can take ideas from concept to functional product. You’ll be responsible for designing beautiful, user-centered interfaces and bringing them to life using modern frontend technologies.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves both design and code — a person who thinks like a designer and builds like a developer.

Key Responsibilities
• Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Translate design systems into reusable, scalable UI components.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
• Conduct user testing and apply UX best practices for continuous improvement.
• Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Required Skills & Experience

Design Skills:
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, wireframes, and final UI.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.

Development Skills:
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or SCSS.
• Version control with Git/GitHub.

Bonus Points For:
• Experience with animations (Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Familiarity with backend basics (Node.js, Firebase, or Supabase).
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability testing tools.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
