Job Description
Aliste Technologies is looking for a passionate and skilled Full-stack Developer to join our core product team. You’ll be responsible for developing high-performance mobile and web applications using React Native, React.js, and Node.js, while ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless user experience.
As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to turn ideas into impactful digital solutions. Hands-on experience with AWS (1+ years) is required, as our infrastructure runs entirely on cloud-based services.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build and optimize scalable backend services and APIs with Node.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and internal systems.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and clean code standards.
• Conduct debugging, code reviews, and maintain proper version control using Git.
• Manage seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling using AWS.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack or mobile app development.
• Strong command of React Native, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with TypeScript and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
