Hiring: Sr. Engineer - NPD (New Product Development)

Elan Auto India Private Limited is looking for a Sr. Engineer – NPD to manage documentation and audit support at our Sector 25, Faridabad facility.

Role Overview:

The candidate will handle all NPD documentation, coordinate across departments, and ensure compliance with customer and system requirements including MACE and IATF 16949.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow and related documentation.
• Support MACE audits, customer approvals, and process validations.
• Ensure document control, version management, and inter-department coordination.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in NPD or quality documentation within the Sheet Metal / Stamping industry.
• Good knowledge of automotive documentation standards and audit requirements.
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical (preferred).

CTC: ₹6 LPA + (depending on experience and competency).
