Responsibilities

As a Bank Branch Operation Executive job in Pune, you will be responsible for:
• Handling cash deposits (CD), fixed deposit receipts (FDR), account opening, and customer service alongside a team of Tellers and FDOs.
• Assisting customers and solving queries related to banking services.
• Verifying documents for new account openings, loans, credit cards, etc.
• Managing internal and external audits, providing data, and addressing audit queries.
• Maintaining cash balances as per the Cash Retention Limit.
• Achieving cross-sell targets for banking products.
• Resolving complaints via CRMS, Phone Banking, and Banking Ombudsman.
• Monitoring office accounts and AML alerts.

Criteria to Apply
• Education: Graduation in any field with 50% or above marks.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of banking products such as accounts, FD, loans, insurance, demat, mutual funds, etc.
• Skills: Strong communication skills.
• Location Knowledge: Familiarity with local areas and streets in Pune to understand local customer queries.
• Work Schedule: Must work according to RBI banking standards (day shift).
• Language Preferences: English, Hindi, and the local language of Pune.
