About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart and proactive IT Analyst to join our growing team at NS International. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our systems running smoothly, improving digital workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting our teams with technology and CRM-related needs.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and maintain company IT systems, software, and network.
• Review and improve existing processes to make them faster and more efficient.
• Help teams with the CRM system — ensuring data accuracy and smooth performance.
• Support in preparing CRM-based reports for management.
• Develop and follow IT policies for data safety and system security.
• Test and maintain new tools or systems before launch.
• Guide and train employees on using new systems or updates.
• Stay updated with new technologies to support company growth.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an IT Analyst, System Support, or similar role.
• Knowledge of CRM, database management, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach with attention to detail and data security.
