Public Relation Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

Manage multiple client programs with clear direction and ownership at the executive level

Work closely with the Founder, Account Lead and team members to deliver integrated campaigns

Manage client expectations and build strong, long-term relationships

Be seen as a strategic partner POC by clients - offering guidance, ideas, and solutions

Establishing and nurturing relationships with respective clients

Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies for brands within the industry of choice

Driving high-impact news coverage (stories/interviews/articles and other formats)

You will be a good fit if you…

Have 2+ years of experience in a PR agency, having strong media and content understanding

Know the media and brand landscape well, especially in BFSI, Startup and Corporate sectors

Are confident in managing timelines, budgets, and teams

Communicate clearly and are good at building relationships and solving problems

Can think critically, draw insights, and shape strong PR stories

Content Writing

Write and edit press releases, media pitches, and other promotional creative to generate positive media coverage and increase brand awareness.

Team Management Skills

Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on media performance, including audience reach and sentiment analysis.

Organise and manage media events, including press conferences, media interactions, and tours.

Oversee day-to-day operations
