This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, and utilizing billing systems. Day-to-day tasks include generating and verifying invoices, managing payment requests, coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate billing, and resolving any discrepancies that arise. The Billing Engineer will also engage in quantity surveying along with assistance in maintaining and updating project billing records.

Qualifications

· Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting Rate Analysis

· Proficiency with Billing Systems

· Strong Quantity Surveying skills & Quantity Estimation

· Excellent Analytical Skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy in work

· Letter drafting/Online Communication

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Department Coordination and communication

· Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

· Previous experience in construction billing is a plus

· Knowledge of Tendering is a plus
