Performance Marketing Lead – Join Our Growth Journey
Mission
Your mission is to solve one of our key marketing challenges : scaling budgets effectively across every product category. While seasonal sale pages like Diwali Specials and New Year Collections perform well, we struggle to achieve consistent sales in individual categories such as necklaces, bracelets, and rings, even when running performance ads for each category collectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Scale budgets and performance across all product categories with controlled CAC and improved ROAS.
• Identify and develop underperforming categories into consistent revenue contributors.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Monitor key metrics, analyze results, and report performance insights regularly.
Key Outcomes
• Improved performance in existing strong categories.
• Achieve 15% month-on-month revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Masters is a must in Marketing and Business
• 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience managing ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other major platforms.
