Role Description

This is an internship role for Human Resources, located on-site in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR functions, including helping with HR management, implementing HR policies, supporting personnel management, and coordinating employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies to enhance the organization's employee practices and relationships.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and frameworks
• Awareness of Employee Benefits design and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
