Sr. Accountant

Job description:

Location: Palghar (Local candidates preferred)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complete accounting responsibilities, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations in Tally Prime.
Manage GST filing, TDS returns, and E-invoicing.
Perform PT filing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and other financial statements.
Handle bank-related activities including reconciliation and transactions.
Perform ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Assist in financial planning and analysis.
Coordinate with site teams for expense tracking and bill verification.
Work with advanced Excel and Word for data management and reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Provide guidance and support on accounting issues as required.
