About Us

We are India’s leading kids’ fashion house, home to brands like Bad Boys & Mashup Baby, with 30+ years of industry legacy. Our designs are retailed across 1600+ stores nationwide and are known for blending creativity with fast fashion execution.

We’re now looking for a passionate Fashion Designer / Merchandiser to join our Indore team. This is your chance to design from scratch, bring your ideas to life, and see them hit the stores across India.
Your Role
• Research & analyze fashion trends to create relevant, commercial collections
• Plan seasonal collections for kidswear (Boys & Babies)
• Develop original sketches, graphics, trims, & print ideas
• Coordinate with the sampling & production teams for execution
• Manage design timelines, production schedules, and raw material supply chain
• Ensure fit, fabric, finish, and quality standards are met
• Work hand-in-hand with merchandising to align designs with market needs
What We Expect

✅ 2–5 years’ experience in Menswear / Boyswear design (Kidswear = bonus)

✅ Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, trims, washes, & print techniques

✅ Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop (fashion design tools)

✅ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Fashion from a reputed institute

✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work across teams

✅ A problem-solver who is willing to put in extra effort (because fashion always demands it!)
