Job Description:
• Create Python-based solutions to integrate systems, platforms, and tools for monitoring and workflow automation.
• Ingest and process data from external systems into monitoring platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to system performance, availability, and integrations.
• Automate routine processes to enhance operational efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet monitoring and observabilityrequirements.
• Configure monitoring for server and application inventory.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, scripts, and workflows.
• Adhere to corporate change management policies and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Python programming with experience in scripts, workflows, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and data integration techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform/Ansible/Puppet for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and knowledge of GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding JavaScript for maintaining and supporting codebases as needed.
• Basic Linux knowledge to navigate and manage systems effectively.
• Familiarity with event and incident management concepts.
• Proven ability to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in development (python, nodejs) and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
