Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Description:Position Purpose:- We are seeking a full-time, Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with 3+ years of Salesforce ecosystem and quality assurance experience to join RBL Salesforce delivery team. You will develop and execute QA processes across diverse projects . You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our Salesforce applications. Position Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the project team to understand use case/ requirements and design test cases. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. • Verify data integrity and accuracy during data migration processes, ensuring successful transfer from legacy systems to Salesforce. • Test Experience Cloud solutions to validate user interfaces, navigation, security, and overall user experience. • Identify, document, and prioritize defects and issues, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution. • Participate in the design and enhancement of test automation frameworks and scripts. • Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential vulnerabilities and improve application robustness. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. • Provide accurate and timely status updates on testing progress and issues to project stakeholders.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.Qualifications and Experience Requirement:-• Salesforce Admin certification • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant. Skills:-• 3 years of experience as a Salesforce QA Tester. • Proven experience in testing the Salesforce platform Applications. • Strong proficiency in testing Experience Cloud solutions, including user interfaces and personalized experiences. • Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, functionality, and limitations. • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile working practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Associate, Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus. • Experience in preparing and executing regressions suits • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
