- Process & Cost Optimization & Improvement

- PMS Monitoring, Participating in Business Meeting

- Talent Pipeline creation & Future ready leadership Identification

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA / PGDM with HR specialization from reputed Institute

- 8 - 12 years of experience in HR as Business HR partner (FMCG/ Pharma preferred).

- Exposure to Marketing / Business roles is an added advantage.
