Job Title : Accounts Payable | Vile Parle | Mumbai Key Requirements : Experience in Real Estate Mandatory. - Timely booking of invoices from Vendors. - Preparing documentation for BG/PG for M.C.G.M. & other Gov Dept., E-payment of Stamp Duty / Franking Charges for BG/PG for M.C.G.M.: - Maintenance of Bank and Vendor Accounts - 3 Way Match of POGRNInvoices. - Maintenance of Vendor Master and Tally Data File. - Uploading payments of Bank portal and sharing UTR details with Vendors - Quarterly reconciliation with the Vendors and obtaining NDCs - Assisting in Tax compliances in respect to TDS, GST and other taxes. - Managing daily cash balances. - Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and merchant services for business units. - Liaising with other departments and business units on Vendor Issues. Requirements: - Commerce Graduate (Must) or Postgraduate (Preferable) - Good working knowledge of Tally, Word, Excel & Internet. - Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi) - Relevant work experience of 2-3 years - Preferable background of working in AP Role. - Good Banking knowledge. Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice Period - Location - Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
