• Edit Across Formats: Work on a variety of content, including EPKs, BTS documentaries, interviews, and podcasts, tailoring each edit for maximum engagement.
• Creative Problem Solving: Think beyond basic cuts—find innovative ways to enhance storytelling, structure narratives, and elevate production value.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with producers, directors, and cinematographers to shape the final content while offering your own editorial perspective.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure consistency in tone, pacing, and quality while delivering within deadlines.
• Experiment & Innovate: Stay ahead of digital trends and platform-specific storytelling techniques, constantly looking for ways to evolve and improve the editing process.
• Sound & Visual Refinement: Oversee final finishing touches, collaborating with the colorist, sound mix engineer, and motion graphics artists as and when necessary.
