Job Title: Senior Manager Contracts

Location: Mumbai (with regular interface for Dubai project procurement)

Role Overview: Raveshia Group is seeking a strategic and commercially astute leader to take full ownership of contracts and procurement across two landmark residential developments Astoria (Mumbai) and Ashwood (Dubai). This is a senior role at the intersection of legal, design, execution, and board-level commercial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all contract drafting, negotiations, and finalisations for both India and UAE projects, across design consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Build and manage a procurement strategy spanning premium packages (faade, elevators, interiors, smart systems, imported finishes) with accountability from tender to final delivery.
• Ensure contracts adhere to RERA/MOFA (India) and Dubai RERA/FIDIC (UAE) regulatory standards and commercial best practices.
• Align procurement planning with project execution timelines, budgets, and critical path milestones.
• Interface with senior stakeholders including legal advisors, project directors, PMCs, and the executive team on all commercial matters.
• Set up systems and governance for cross-border procurement, including vendor onboarding, payment structuring, and compliance.

Candidate Profile:
• Contracts and procurement specialist with 15+ years in real estate or infrastructure, including high-rise or luxury residential projects.
• Experienced in international contracting, ideally with exposure to the Dubai or GCC real estate market.
• Fluent in legal frameworks and commercial negotiations.
• Skilled at managing complex packages, multiple consultants, and aggressive timelines.
• Comfortable with board-level responsibilities and mentoring teams.
