About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to handle our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, an understanding of brand tonality, and proficiency in creating engaging short-form video content (Reels) using tools like Canva, VN, or similar editing software.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Conceptualize, design, and post engaging content and Reels regularly.
Use Canva, VN, or equivalent tools for high-quality video and graphic creation.
Collaborate with the internal team to plan monthly content calendars.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize for engagement and reach.
Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio, and platform best practices.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

Proficiency in short-form video creation (Reels is a must).
Hands-on experience with Canva, VN, or other editing tools.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Prior experience managing brand or professional pages preferred.
