Job description
Money Maximising Advisors is a fast-growing financial services firm dedicated to helping clients maximise their wealth and make smarter financial decisions. We are now seeking an organised and proactive accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing cashflows, conducting financial analysis, supporting administration functions, and assisting with client applications for financial services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and gain practical experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and analyse cashflow statements and forecasts
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and regular financial reporting
Support administration of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits
Provide analytical support to management for decision-making
Assist in the preparation and submission of client applications for various financial services
Support clients and advisors throughout the application process
Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes
Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or relevant experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
