Forward Business Solutions is searching for a highly skilled and motivated IT / Computer Technician(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate(s) for this position must have a strong understanding of desktop operating systems, routinely think outside the box to solve problems quickly and understand what impeccable customer service is all about. The positions will require support related tasks including configuring and deploying computers along with performing technical and system diagnostics as required. Deployment may include installing, assembling and configuring of mounts for PCs, monitors and peripherals. You must be able to lift 50lbs. Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary
Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenance
Ensure that software is configured and running properly
Computer skills

MUST HAVE 1+ years experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively
Current CompTIA A+ certification a plus
Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems (basic server knowledge)
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
