Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries via phone and text messages.
Assist customers through our admin panel and provide necessary support.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate issues when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective participants for workshops
Provide information and address queries effectively
Ensure high-quality communication and lead conversions

Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Prior experience in telecalling or sales support preferred
Ability to meet targets and handle objections professionally
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
