Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Ensure daily book-keeping.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, GST, TDS, income tax).
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
Prepare periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial integration.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for compliance and financial dealings.
Managing metrics, performance criteria, goals and targets.
Provide various reports / MIS reports to stakeholders as required from time to time.
Any other task or responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Accounting & Finance: 2 years (Required)
