Customer Relations Representative -WFH

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven interns to join our customer calling team. As a Customer Calling Intern, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, sharing company offerings, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce company products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call logs and update customer databases/CRM systems.
Follow up with leads to ensure closure and satisfaction.
Gather feedback and report customer insights to the supervisor.
Support the sales and marketing team in lead generation activities.
Skills & Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools).
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Educational Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
