In the construction sector, we specialize in delivering reliable and tailored solutions such as water transfer systems, dewatering pumps, and advanced irrigation systems. These solutions are designed to support large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring efficiency, sustain ability, and compliance with environmental standards.

We are looking for Mechanical Engineer who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment.

· Analyse operational processes and organisational structures to define roles, optimise workflow efficiency, and eliminate duplication of tasks across teams and departments.

· Evaluate performance standards and implement strategies to improve labour utilisation and enhance productivity within engineering and production operations.

· Assess plant layout, production schedules, and resource allocation to ensure the optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

· Design and develop mechanical systems, machinery, and components for manufacturing and construction projects, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with relevant engineering standards and codes.

· Prepare technical specifications and determine materials, equipment, and system configurations required for plant construction, installation, and commissioning activities.

· Oversee project execution, maintenance programs, and quality assurance procedures by establishing standards for installation, testing, inspection, and safety compliance to maintain peak operational performance.

Minimum 1 year of experience in working as mechanical engineering or related field
· Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.

· Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

· Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.

Salary: $83,500 salary annually Exclusive of superannuation
