Tech Associate - Freshers (Work From home)

Job Summary:

The Tech Associate will support day-to-day technical operations, assist in product or portal updates, and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks. The role requires attention to detail, timely delivery, and coordination with multiple teams to maintain data accuracy and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain product or webinar information across multiple portals or platforms.
Verify accuracy of uploaded content, images, and technical details before publication.
Maintain records, trackers, and documentation related to daily updates or other tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience in a technical or operations support role (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Excel, content management systems (CMS), and online portals.
Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing online content, webinars, or e-learning portals.
Basic knowledge of HTML
