Supervisor – Transit Mixer (RMC Plant)

About the Company:

Arjun Travel's is a trusted transport service provider managing a fleet of Transit Mixers (TMs) for concrete supply operations. We are currently associated with Swastik RMC Plant and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our daily operations, driver management, and vehicle maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Driver & Vehicle Management

Supervise day-to-day operations of Transit Mixers (TMs) at the RMC plant.
Handle and coordinate with drivers for trip scheduling, loading/unloading, and trip completion.
Ensure all drivers maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to safety standards.
Verify driver log sheets daily — ensure accurate recording of trip details, fuel usage, and KM readings.
2. Fuel & Cost Control

Monitor and control fuel consumption of all vehicles.
Cross-check fuel slips and maintain proper records.
Report any irregularities or abnormal fuel consumption immediately.
3. Maintenance Coordination

Track vehicle maintenance schedules and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Coordinate with the garage or maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing.
Maintain daily maintenance logs for each TM.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain daily operational reports (KM run, fuel usage, and downtime).
Submit daily and weekly reports to management.
Ensure all required documentation for drivers and vehicles (licenses, RC, insurance, etc.) are up to date.
5. Communication

Coordinate with the RMC plant (Swastik) team for smooth operations and vehicle deployment.
Communicate effectively with management for updates, delays, or operational issues.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Transport / RMC / Logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of Transit Mixer operations and driver supervision.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fuel management.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vehicles at once.
Education:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp reporting / Google Sheets)
Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Additional incentives based on performance and control on operations
Job Timing:

Full-time (Day & Evening shifts as per plant requirement)
