Project Management Intern

As a Project Management Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely delivery of digital projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress, foresee potential delays, proactively follow up on tasks, and escalate risks when necessary. Your contribution will help maintain delivery quality, uphold timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned at all times.

Key Responsibilities

● Support project delivery across multiple accounts by closely tracking timelines and task

completion.

● Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and

audience preferences

● Monitor progress against plans and ensure no delivery delays by proactive follow-ups with stakeholders.

● Identify potential roadblocks early, flag risks, and assist in swift escalations for timely

resolution.

● Maintain and update detailed project trackers, issue logs, and documentation.

● Provide regular project status updates to Project Managers and upper management.

● Coordinate between Marketing, design, technology, and content teams to ensure

alignment on deliverables.

● Assist in planning and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and internal sync-ups.

● Document meeting MoMs, follow-ups, and ensure accountability & ownership on action

items.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields.

● Strong interest in digital delivery and marketing project coordination.

● Basic understanding of web/app development, UX/UI, and digital marketing workflows is

preferred. Strong follow-up discipline, time management, and organizational skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

● Familiarity with project or marketing management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com)

is a plus.

● Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
