Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on training and probation stage.

Performance-based incentive: 0.5% to 2% of sales revenue generated, with no upper earning limit — rewards grow directly with individual contribution and performance

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing business team. This role is designed for a smart fresher (2026 or 2026 batch) who wants hands-on exposure to both marketing and sales in a real engineering environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior management, assisting in lead generation, campaign execution, and customer coordination. The goal is to learn how marketing drives sales and how both functions operate within a fast-paced, engineering-focused consulting firm.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Build and update lead databases across target industries.
Identify and list new manufacturing companies for outreach.
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with sales for follow-ups.
Assist in client communication and meeting scheduling.
Support LinkedIn and email campaigns, post scheduling, and performance tracking.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and marketing documents.
Track and report campaign responses and lead conversions.
Coordinate updates between marketing and sales teams.
Research competitor activities and gather market insights.
Contribute to improving lead management and campaign processes.
Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business, or Engineering fields.
Final-year students currently pursuing graduation may also apply.
Non-graduates can be considered as permanent interns with a lower stipend.
Batch: 2026 or 2026 only.
Post-graduation: Not required.
Experience: Fresher / Less than 1 year.
Skills & Attributes:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets, and presentation tools.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
