Fundraiser - School CSR

Looking for a purpose-driven professional who is excited to work in the education and social impact space. As a Senior Executive in our Fundraising team, you will work closely with the leadership to expand our reach through CSR partnerships and Government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support revenue generation through CSR partnerships and Government-funded initiatives.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with CSRs, NGOs, consultants, and government departments.
Contribute to writing proposals, budgeting, and follow-up on project deliverables and payments.
Help identify opportunities through events, networks, and social media engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for visibility and partnership growth.
Prepare presentations and reports based on data from field operations and project outcomes.
Willingness to travel extensively for project visits and partner meetings.
Essential Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, CSR, or related field.
2+ years of experience in CSR, fundraising, development sector, or government engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
Good coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or data tracking tools is an advantage.
A team player with a sense of ownership and initiative.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
